Assessments are remote. There is no public street address and no walk-in office.

Redifact does one product: an authorised, non-destructive assessment of public-facing systems named in a signed scope.
Conduct
- Written authorisation first
- Stay inside the signed scope
- Use non-destructive methods
- Do not start until scope, rules, and a maximum invoice are signed
- Verify a finding before it can be charged
- Do not test techniques the signed rules prohibit
